Corvane Ashmoor & Co. Dispatch for car haulers.

Here's a day with us dispatching. The night before, we plan the route and line up cars for every slot.

We load you out, filling every slot at the prices you set, and we find cars for the trip home too.

Set your green-light rules once: routes, minimum price per car and vehicle types. Matching loads book automatically. No calls, no texts.

Anything outside your rules comes as one message. Approve it, and it's booked.

Every load is dispatched through the TMS with addresses, contacts and order details. You check it out and roll.

At every pickup and delivery, the inspection and timestamped photos are filed to the load.

You keep your authority, and you're paid directly. Full trailer, clear record, paid faster. Start an inquiry at corvaneashmoor.com.

What we hear

The truck left half empty again.

Filling every slot on the trailer, at the right price per car, takes hours on the boards.

The customer says the scratch was already there.

Without timestamped photos and a signed inspection, damage claims become arguments.

I spend my day on the phone with customers.

Pickup windows, delivery calls and gate codes eat the hours meant for driving.

I never know which broker paid for which car.

Multiple cars per load from multiple sources make receivables hard to follow.

Common questions

Asked by auto transport.

All questions →

Do you dispatch car haulers?

Yes. We dispatch for auto-transport carriers using car-hauling load boards and build inspection and photo records into every load.

Do you broker vehicles?

No. We work for the carrier. Brokering requires separate federal authority and a bond.

Can you fill my backhaul?

Yes. We look for cars along your return route at prices you approve, so the trip home earns.

Do you deal with the vehicle owners directly?

We handle pickup and delivery communication on your behalf, as your dispatcher, under your authority.

What happens if a car is damaged?

We organize the inspection records, photos and paperwork for you and your insurer. Claim decisions remain with the insurer.
