Corvane Ashmoor & Co. Dispatch and back office for carriers.
Here's a day when we dispatch for you. Before sunrise, we're on the load boards, searching your lanes at your rates.
You set your lanes, minimum rate and equipment. Loads that fit your green-light rules get booked with no calls or texts.
Anything outside your rules comes to you as one message. Approve it, we book it. Decline, we keep searching.
Every load runs through the TMS, with the rate con and documents, so you can check status anytime.
When the load delivers, the invoice goes out that day with the paperwork attached. Then we follow up until you're paid.
Behind the scenes, we keep IFTA records, renewals, broker packets and driver files current.
You keep your authority and sign your own rate cons. You drive. We handle the rest. Start an inquiry at corvaneashmoor.com.
Set your green-light rules.
Move the slider and pick your equipment. Watch which sample loads would be booked automatically, which would come to you to approve, and which we would pass on.
Your rules
Sample loads for illustration only; not live freight or real rates. Your actual rules are set in your written dispatcher-carrier agreement.

Built for every corner of the sector.
I drive all day and do paperwork all night.
Booking, invoicing and broker follow-up compete with hours of service. Something always slips.
The broker says they never got the invoice.
Missing PODs, late packets and no follow-up push payment from 30 days to 60 and beyond.
IFTA snuck up on me again.
Fuel receipts in the cab and mileage in three apps make every quarter a scramble.
My insurance certificate expired and I lost the load.
Renewals, broker packets and authority updates live in too many places.

Tools for trucking and logistics.
Asked by trucking and logistics.
Do I keep my own authority if you dispatch for me?
Yes. You keep your operating authority, sign your own rate confirmations and are paid directly by the broker or shipper. We work for you under a written dispatcher-carrier agreement.
Can you handle my IFTA and Form 2290?
We organize your records and prepare and file the returns and registrations you direct, on your accounts, and calendar every deadline.
What percentage do you charge for dispatch?
Dispatch is typically a percentage of the gross for loads we book, set in writing in the dispatcher-carrier agreement before any load is booked.
Can you work with my factoring company?
Yes. We send invoice packets in the format your factor requires and track what has been funded and what is still open.
Do you force dispatch or book loads without asking?
No. You set your lanes, rates and home time, and you approve every load before it is booked.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes. New carriers often need the most help with setup, broker packets and building a payment history. We will be honest about which brokers work with new authorities.
Can you dispatch more than one truck?
Yes. Each truck gets its own green-light rules, so lanes, rates and home time can differ by driver.
Do you help with paperwork, or only loads?
Both. Invoicing, broker packets, renewals and filings can be part of the same agreement, or handled separately.
Can I talk to you in Spanish?
Sí. Atendemos en español por teléfono, texto y correo.
