Key and access control for rentals

Every key, gate remote and door code is a way into the property. A log of who has what, and changing locks between tenants, protects tenants and owners.

Over time, keys go to tenants, vendors, cleaners and agents. Without a log, no one knows who can get in.

Log every key and code

  • The property and what it opens.
  • Who has it, and the date given.
  • The date returned.

Between tenants

Rekey or change the locks and reset codes after each tenant leaves.

Entering an occupied unit

Florida section 83.53 generally requires reasonable notice before entry, at least 24 hours, at a reasonable time, except in emergencies.

Our key and access log shows who has access to each property.
