Rent, insurance, phones, loans, subscriptions and utilities all come due on different days. For a business or a household, the fix is the same: one list of every recurring bill.
Build the list once
Go through two or three months of bank and card statements and write down every recurring charge: who, how much, and the day of the month it is due. Mark which ones are on autopay.
Check it once a week
Look at what is due in the next seven days, make sure the money is there, and pay or confirm each one. Mark it paid for the month.
Autopay is not the end
Autopay saves time, but amounts change and cards expire. Check autopay bills against your statement every month.
Cut what you do not use
Once everything is on one list, unused subscriptions and duplicate services are easy to spot.
Our monthly bills planner keeps the list, shows what is due this week and resets every month.
