An invoice reminder schedule that gets you paid without awkwardness

Most late invoices are forgotten, not disputed. A set schedule of friendly reminders, sent on the same days every time, gets most of them paid.

Reminders work best when they are expected, polite and regular. Decide the schedule once and follow it for every client.

A simple schedule

  • A few days before the due date: a friendly heads-up.
  • On the due date: the invoice again, with how to pay.
  • 7 days late: a polite check-in.
  • 14 days late: a firmer note, and a call.
  • 30 days late: a final notice, per your terms.

Make paying easy

Include the invoice, the amount and a payment link or instructions in every message.

Our invoice reminder schedule lists the dates for any invoice.
