The usual due dates

The last day of the month after each quarter: April 30, July 31, October 31 and January 31. Check your base jurisdiction for weekend rules.

  • Miles by state, from the ELD or trip sheets.
  • Fuel purchased by state, with receipts.
  • Total miles and gallons for the quarter, to figure miles per gallon.

Our IFTA calendar shows the quarters and due dates, and the back office calendar shows them too.
